Cancelling or changing an order

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us on (08) 9249 5383 or via email sales@ludwikandson.com.au with your order number. Any orders canceled incurs a $10 cancellation fee and will be processed within 2 business working days. 

Out of stock items & product substitutions

If a product is unavailable, we’ll let you know by email. If you have chosen to allow substitutions, we’ll choose a similar item that is either a different size of the same product or a different brand. If we substitute any item you'll be charged the lower of the original or the substitute price. When an item is out of stock you won’t be charged for that item..

You can change whether you received substitutions or not at the last stage of the checkout process.

Missing items

If an item you have ordered is missing from your delivery please contact us with 24 hours of delivery via phone or email.

Payment queries

If you have any queries about your credit card charge please contact us on (08) 9249 5383. Online credit card order cancellations or refunds will be processed on the next business day in accordance with your bank handling time.

Returns

Damaged items

Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you receive a damaged item, please send an email to sales@ludwikandson.com.au with a photo of the damaged item. All claims need to be made same day as delivery. 

Interstate Deliveries:Sendle cover upto $100.00 in damages if a parcel is damaged in transit. If your package is damaged please email sales@ludwikandson.com.au with a photo of the damaged goods and the box with packing lable clearly shown in 1 photo. Claims can only be made within 24 hours of delivery.
